Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.
My arrival experience: Warm welcome with a drink and towel before being escorted to the restaurant for dinner. After the dinner I was escorted to the room.
What I loved: The unique and contemporary design.
What about the food: Much better than expected. Great western in South East Asian resorts are rare, but my dinner was very really good. I also had a pizza for lunch which was quite average. I recommend pasta and mushroom soup for dinner as they know how to do it properly.
What about the service: Great and attentive service from the friendly and smiling staff. Was very impressed with the service both at front-desk and in the restaurant. Certainly among the better independent properties in South East Asia when it comes to service.
What about the rooms: Beautiful contemporary rooms with a unique design. Comfortable bed and separate rain shower from a jacuzzi tub was some of the highlights of my room.
