My arrival experience: Friendly welcome and fast check-in.
What I loved: The building and the design.
What about the service: The service is better than I expected in a country like Turkmenistan. Professional and kind, but not comparable to 5-star hotels in Europe. An issue is the language barrier, and more training could improve the guest experience.
What about the rooms: Beautiful classical rooms comparable with many of the grand hotels we know in Europe. The bed is comfortable, and the internet is free and fast. The bathroom has Tv, a large bathtub and Bulgari amenities.
