Turkmenistan Airlines is the latest airline to join my project to visit all countries and territories. Indian travel agency, Deepika Travels works closely with Turkmenistan Airlines and secured me a one-way flight from Ashgabat to Birmingham. I am very thankful as Turkmenistan Airlines wasn't an airline I expected to be part of my project. Turkmenistan is easily my favourite country in Central Africa and one of the best travel experiences I have had. I can highly recommend a visit as there is no country quite like it.
The airline itself is good and comparable to other 3-star national carriers. I can highly recommend flying with them, particularly since they meet the EU safety standards.
