Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.
Arrival experience: Slow check-in. Not escorted to the room like I expected in a Sofitel hotel.
What I liked: That the internet worked. Sadly one of the most disappointing hotels in my travels. I am very rarely negative, but it was an unpleasant hotel experience.
What about the food: I didn't eat here.
What about the service: Fast service at the front desk. My stay was short, but would consider it comparable with some of the Sofitel hotels I have stayed.
What about my room: Old and dirty, out-dated room with shower in the bathtub. The bed is fantastic though and the internet works well. The hotel has open floors and my "non-smoking" room stank of smoke. The window was fully open all night and I couldn't wait to leave. Non-smokers must stay away from this hotel. Sheraton is a much better hotel and also respect your health.
