Below is my experience based on a three-night stay at the property.
My Arrival Experience: A warm welcome from the friendly receptionist before she escorted me to the room.
What I loved: The rooms. Close to perfect place to live long term.
What About the Food: The Residences at Crystal Towers don't make breakfasts at the moment, but it might change in the future.
What About the Service: Wonderful staff at the front desk. Comparable to 5-star hotels, but they do personalised service instead of the formal, impersonal service you find in many of the 5-star.
What About My Room: Lovely apartment with comfortable bed, flat screen Tv, sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, rain shower and Charlotte Rhys products in the bathroom.

Location: Century City, Cape Town, South Africa.
Complimentary Internet: Yes, but limited to 500 MB per day. It's can be a YouTube video and you have no free internet left for the rest of the day. We Europeans are not used to a limit on our internet in hotels and it feels very uncomfortable, to say the least.
My Overall Impression: Great experience. If they allow unlimited complimentary internet for all guest, I would be very interested in returning to this beautiful well-managed property.
