Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.

My arrival experience: Warm welcome by the friendly staff before being escorted to the room.
What I loved: The beautiful and minimalistic design.
What about the food: Very good a la carte breakfast with great personalized service.
What about the service: Professional service from the well-trained staff in all areas of the hotel.
What about the rooms: Lovely minimalistic rooms in line with COMO's standards and latest technology. The hotel is unfortunately not smoke-free, but besides this there wasn't much to fault. I stayed in a junior suite with a comfortable bed, rain shower in the bathtub, a very large Tv and COMO's unique bath amenities.
