Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.
My arrival experience: Friendly welcome the receptionist escorted me to the room.
What I liked: The speed of the Wi-Fi in the lobby.
What about the food: Good breakfast buffet, while the overpriced margarita pizza could and should have been better.
What about the service: Some of the staff are service minded and friendly while others need a lot more training to deliver what is expected of a 4-star hotel in a country like Sao Tome & Principe.
What about my room: Comfortable room with air conditioning, flat screen Tv and sitting area, but quite basic. The resort is worth of 4-star, but the rooms must be improved in my opinion. Wi-Fi also need to work properly.

Complimentary internet: Yes, but weak in the room where I often got disconnected. A very fast connection in the lobby though. You will most probably have to buy expensive drinks to sit where the Wi-Fi connection is best. Very strange policy.
My overall impression: Good experience. A comfortable hotel and overall on the same level as Pestana, the only 5-star hotel on the island.
