Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.
My arrival experience: Warm welcome with a towel and drink before being escorted to the room.
What I loved: The size of the resort and the surprisingly good Western food, which is rare for resorts in Asia.
What about the food: Surprisingly good Western food. Excellent mushroom soup and ravioli, that I would highly recommend.
What about the service: Great service in all areas of the hotel. Smiling staff all over, and professional staff at the front desk. You know the hotel has got it right when all phone calls are answered professionally and kindly. Great attention to details such as bath salt at the bathtub and welcome amenities in the room.
What about the rooms: Beautiful stylish rooms with comfortable beds, separate rain showers, beautiful bathtubs, double sink and extraordinary views from balcony. I was very satisfied with the room due to the design, but for an even more luxurious experience you may select a suite or villa.
