Introduction: This hip beach retreat blends Mediterranean warmth with cosmopolitan cool. Built in the 1980s it was given a new lease of life by Italian designers Letizia Caruzzo and Paolo Rancati, and now oozes sophistication. Expect ultra-modern furniture, alongside authentic touches like local antiques and Cypriot lace on the bed linen.
Lounge on designer day beds beside the infinity pool, sip cocktails in the Caprice bar or savour a candlelit dinner, accompanied by the sound of lapping waves. From the ocean-side terrace to the glass-fronted restaurant and spa, the Londa Beach Hotel is designed to soothe the soul. And with quietly attentive, dedicated staff, the whole place has the air of an intimate escape.
Step out of the hotel and you’re just moments from buzzing Limassol. Explore the city’s museums and 12th-century castle, then head further out to the ancient ruins at Kourion and Amathus. Join the coastal path just moments from Londa Beach Hotel and see how much of it you can cover. Or just relax on a stretch of sand along the stunning coastline.

Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.
My arrival experience: Fast check-in with no welcome drink and no escort to the room.
What I loved: The beautiful views of Limassol.
What about the food: Good breakfast buffet. I did not have dinner included so can't comment on that.
What about the service: The staff are friendly, but I expected more service. There is a receptionist to do check-in/ check-out like in hotels with a lot less stars. Normally a 5-star beach resort would do a proper welcome, welcome drink, maybe towel and escort you to the room. The experience is overall fine. Just don't expect service like in Bali. That being said, you must keep in mind Cyprus is a massive tourism destination for mostly the European middle class.
What about the rooms: Comfortable rooms that are comparable with some of the SLH-properties I have stayed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had Molton Brown products with the shower located inside the bathtub. A separate or standalone rain shower would have been better.
Number of rooms: 68.
